GRAINS & BREADS

Well, it has been a hot minute since I have updated my blog. Anyways, by posting this post it will help hold me accountable for my goals. My goal is to give up grains and breads...after I finish the pizza in my fridge. I am going to try to stop eating breads, pastas, rices, and grains that have been over processed. I am headed to LA at the end of April, and I am hoping that I will be able to shop and shop some more!

This blog is going to transform into my fitness journal/whatever else I want it to be.
